Cultivation: Our exceptional quality fava is produced in the region of Western Macedonia. The microclimate in the lakeside areas, the rich, fertile soil and the know-how of our producers offer an excellent product with rich, rich taste and wonderful aromas.
Characteristics: Voion fava beans are small to medium in size and yellow in colour. It melts when it boils, giving a delicious, nutritious and velvety puree.
The Voion products are produced exclusively by small producers who cultivate the purest products with good agricultural practices.
