The Chrisanthidis family opened their first family workshop and store in Nea Karvali, Kavala. There, they made their famous kourabie with the traditional flavour of a family recipe. Year by year, the family experimented and finally created a wide range of premium products.
The reputation of their products quickly took off. In a short time, the company developed into a modern, dynamic bakery and pastry production site. Today, the company is based on a 5,000 square metres site featuring cutting-edge technology and highly trained staff.
All ingredients are certified and selected for their fine quality, receiving the assurance of constant food safety inspections under the FSSC 22000 certification.
