Prepared in small batches using a traditional recipe, this seasonal marmalade is made with 80% fresh mandarins. The fruit is cooked slowly over low heat to preserve its natural texture, with fine strips of mandarin peel carefully added to give a rich, authentic feel.

Storage Instructions
