Made with perfectly ripe tomatoes and authentic Greek feta cheese, this sauce combines balanced acidity, light texture, and a rich, aromatic flavour. The tomatoes are hand-picked and processed within hours, while the feta is gently crumbled into the sauce for a creamy, savoury finish. 

Characteristics 
The sauce features a bright red appearance with creamy white flecks from crumbled feta cheese. It has a fragrant aroma with a blend of ripe tomato and rich feta cheese. The taste is creamy and mildly tangy, with balanced tomato sweetness and feta richness. It pairs ideally with pasta, bread, crisps, pizza, baked vegetables, or casseroles.

Ingredients: Tomato paste 39%, Water, Feta Cheese 11% (Pasteurized Sheep & Goat's Milk, Sea Salt, Rennet, Culture), Onions (Onions, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid), Extra virgin olive oil, Sugar, Cornstarch, Sea salt, Savoury, Red pepper powder. Contains MILK (Sheep & Goat's Milk).  

Allergens: May contain traces of sesame, peanuts, and almonds (due to possible cross-contamination from red pepper powder and shared production line). 

Storage & Usage Instructions 
Serving Suggestions: Ready-to-eat food. Serve raw over toasted bread or crisps as a flavourful spread, use as a base for pasta dishes, pizza sauce, or to add a Mediterranean twist to casseroles and baked recipes.  

Storage Conditions: Store at ambient temperature, in a dark and cool environment. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 to 5 days. Shelf Life: 24 months from production date.
