Characteristics
Soft beige with natural eggplant texture. Smoky, earthy, and slightly sweet aromas from roasted eggplants. Mildly smoky with a rich, creamy texture and a naturally sweet aftertaste.
Serving Suggestions
Serve as a spread on fresh bread or pita, or use as a dip for vegetables or chips. It also complements wraps and sandwiches, or serves as a flavourful base for eggplant salad. Enhance it with olive oil and lemon juice for a traditional Greek experience.
Storage Instructions
