The holidays may be over, but cheesecake is a year-round favorite. And what is more quintessentially Greek than Greek yogurt, honey, and walnuts? This simple recipe using only four ingredients is fit for a god or goddess like you.
500gr strained Greek Yogurt
6 Whole eggs
20gr corn flour
100gr Meligyris Malotira & Thyme Honey
In a bowl, whisk yogurt, eggs, cornflour, and honey. Once smooth, add the mixture to a cake form or pan—Bake in the oven at 320 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or till golden brown and cake is solid.
Top with Meligyris Malotira & Thyme Honey from Crete to taste, cinnamon and walnuts.
For a more traditional cheesecake version, feel free to add a graham cracker crust.
