Tea Infused Panna Cotta Recipe By The Aproned Greek

A delicious and easy panna cotta dessert made in six simple steps.


- 400 g heavy cream

- 400 g whole milk

- 2 teabags of Anassa Pure Peace Tea

- 6 g unflavoured gelatin

- 15 g sugar


Warm the cream and milk over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from the heat and add two teabags of the Anassa Organic Loose Herbal Blend. Cover and let steep for 1-3 minutes. Remove teabags. Stir in sugar and gelatin until completely dissolved. Pour into 2-3 glasses and refrigerate for 60-90 minutes.

Optional: Add in frozen berries or mixed berry jam.
